Conventional Technology

Conventional 3D Metal Printing Systems

Today’s conventional 3D metal printing systems remain a viable technology for rapid prototyping.  The company provides low-cost systems dedicated to program specific prototype applications designed around the part specification.  Capital equipment costs are dramatically reduced by tailoring the build chamber and build plate parameters around the project requirements.
Consumable costs are reduced as inert gas handling requirements are custom fit to the project based on the metal print structure.  In addition, costly powder handling systems are virtually eliminated as the build plate dimension mimics the part dimension ensuring maximum efficiency of the metal powder assigned to each program build.
