SALES MANAGER
Fonon Corporation is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Sales Manager to be based out of our headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. This is an ideal job for a B2B sales person who is looking for an exciting opportunity with a high-growth company.
Interested candidates should have a proven history of successful B2B sales into at least one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Defense, Aerospace, Automotive, Military, or Medical Device.
Candidates must live within daily commuting distance of Lake Mary, Florida.
The ideal candidate should have skills to use modern social media tools, a technical education or equivalent knowledge, experience cold-calling, and a can-do, outgoing personality.
Job Duties
- Present the company’s products, benefits, and value proposition
- Forecast and close sales deals as per approved budget requirements
- Develop business relationships, focusing on North America, and ensure business development strategies are implemented successfully
- Plan and direct all aspects of sales cycle and initiatives
- Prospect for customers using internet search skills
- Interact with internal marketing, operations, and senior management
Requirements
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality, not afraid to make a warm or cold call
- Competence in assessing customer needs, building relationships, and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Comfort with a base salary + commission
- A deep understanding of the B2B sales process
- Proficiency with social media networking and sales practices, specifically using LinkedIn
- Ability to capitalize on fast-paced growth opportunities while maintaining a high conversion rate
- Experience with an industry standard CRM (Sugar, Salesforce, Goldmine, etc.) preferred
- Existing industry contacts and established relationships through the previous sales preferred but not required
