National Sales Manager
Reporting to the President of Sales/Services, the National Sales Manager will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategy for the North American market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with internal sales/service teams ensuring the highest level of customer service for clients and ongoing projects.
- Develop innovative business development plans focusing on new business in North America and ensuring business development strategies are implemented successfully.
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the United States.
- Plans and directs all aspects of sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Develops and oversees the sales function, ensuring department employees and sales plan are organized to achieve maximum sales volume.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
- At least 7 years of experience in capital equipment sales.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Sales management experience.
